The Alixio Group is a European market leader in the transformation of human capital. As part of a succession arrangement for the previous owner, Dr Mark Richter, the OTP Group was acquired by the French Alixio Group and is now part of Alixio Group Schweiz AG.
The BDO Deal Advisory team acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of OTP Holding AG on the sale to the Alixio Group.
