India-based Vasantha Group has completed the full acquisition of Switzerland’s Muller Technology Group, with operations in Conthey, Switzerland, and Loveland, USA. The combination brings together Vasantha’s expertise in injection moulding and Muller’s technological leadership in in-mould labelling (IML) and packaging automation.
The Transaction Services team prepared and provided the Financial Fact Book for Muller Technology Conthey SA in connection with its sale to Vasantha Group.
