Christian Ryf

Christian Ryf is Deputy Director in the Deal Advisory Team at BDO AG and in this function is responsible for lead advisory projects in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and assists companies with financing topic with banks and external investors. Christian Ryf has many years of experience in the advisory of medium-sized, local and international transactions in the areas of succession planning, divestments, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs as well as equity and debt financing.

Before joining BDO, Christian Ryf worked in the corporate banking at UBS AG in Basel, at an investment boutique in Stuttgart and at SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich in the Issuer Relations department. Christian Ryf completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (Bsc) and obtained a Master's degree in Finance & International Business at the University of Aarhus in Denmark.
