Oliver Jaberg

Oliver Jaberg is a strategic advisor and Swiss-qualified attorney-at-law with more than 20 years of experience advising organisations and individuals in Switzerland and internationally on governance, risk and strategic matters across the sports and business sectors.

He is a trusted advisor to international organisations, federations, sports ventures, clubs, athletes, investors and private capital stakeholders operating in high-stakes, regulated environments. His work focuses on helping clients navigate complexity, strengthen governance and create long-term strategic value.

Oliver brings extensive experience advising boards and senior executives on strategic and high-profile matters, including M&A, strategic transactions and investments, media rights and partnerships, sponsoring, governance and integrity frameworks, compliance strategy, investigations and international dispute resolution.

Prior to joining BDO, he held a number of senior leadership positions, including General Counsel for Red Bull’s sports projects and Deputy Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at FIFA.

In addition, Oliver acts as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne and is recognised as an experienced decision-maker in complex international proceedings.
