Patrick Knüsel

­Patrick Knüsel is a Deal Advisory Director leading the real estate and business valuation practice at BDO Lucerne. As a deal advisory generalist, Patrick Knüsel is involved in real estate transactions as well as financial and business planning projects in addition to his valuation work. Patrick Knüsel has led and coordinated national and international valuation projects as well as executed numerous real estate transactions.

Due to his in-depth expertise in real estate, Patrick is engaged in feasibility studies, due diligences, court expert opinions, valuations, business plans and financing concepts. 

Patrick Knüsel joined BDO in 2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration as well as an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He is also a certified real estate appraiser and a member of the SVIT Chamber of Valuation Experts.
