Roman Sutter has been working with business software for many years, focusing on how technology can meaningfully support people in their daily work. Today, his main focus is on the HR domain. What interests him and his team is not only the technical capabilities of software, but above all the processes behind it and the people who use it. For him, good solutions must be easy to understand, practical, and truly useful in everyday work.

Throughout his career, Roman has held various roles related to software, business analysis, product development, and change management. Most recently, at Abacus Research, he served as Head of Business Unit HR, where he was responsible for the further development of the company’s HR solutions. Today, he brings this experience to BDO, supporting projects related to Abacus and HR. He considers it essential to first understand what a company truly needs before discussing functions and technical solutions.
