In the past financial year, we generated revenue of CHF 281.8 million – an increase of 4.6 percent over the prior year. This success is down to our clear strategy of focusing on solution-oriented, strategic growth while constantly prioritising our clients’ needs.
In this period, we were able to further cement our position as a significant player in the Swiss market. We maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients in all market segments – from SMEs to international corporations, as well as public and non-profit organisations. This versatility is one of our greatest strengths and helps to secure our enduring market position, even in challenging times.
The year 2024 was characterised by economic uncertainty and a continuing shortage of skilled workers. The Swiss economy failed to grow at the expected rate, which had a noticeable impact on the economic momentum and competitiveness of many SMEs. Furthermore, supply chains were unstable and raw material and energy prices increased. In this environment, corporate governance needs to incorporate both economic and social responsibility.
Digitalisation is the driving force behind many of the innovative solutions that we offer our clients. Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a big role in this. We integrate AI into our work processes in a targeted way to develop our services continuously and optimise our workflows. Our clearly defined AI policy is the basis for the secure and responsible use of AI, not only to increase efficiency but also to safeguard the quality of our work and the added value we create for our clients.
In an increasingly digital world, cyber security is also becoming ever more important. The threat of cyber attacks has increased significantly. We regard it as part of our mission to support clients with their digital transformation and strengthen their digital resilience.
Success does not happen by accident; it comes from having a clear strategy and a values-driven corporate culture.
In light of growing competition in the market for qualified specialists, we are committed to providing a working environment that empowers our people, fosters their development and offers them growth opportunities. On 1 January 2025, we introduced six weeks of annual leave for all employees – a clear sign of our commitment to the wellbeing and satisfaction of our teams. We are particularly pleased to have been named a ‘Great Place to Work’. We are proud of this achievement, which is further confirmation of our culture of respectful cooperation and our strong team spirit.
Our five values – reliability, human-centricity, flexibility, responsibility and expertise – strengthen trust within the company and shape the way we work with our stakeholders. This values-driven culture is not only an inspiring basis for our day-to-day work, but also the foundation for our company’s long-term success.
Sustainability is a key element of our corporate strategy. We actively promote sustainable development, both within the company and in our work with clients.
For the first time, we have prepared our sustainability report entirely in accordance with the GRI Standards. This is an important step towards greater transparency and clear measurability of our progress. With our expertise in sustainability reporting, we also support companies in meeting growing regulatory requirements and guide them on their journey towards comprehensive and compliant sustainability management.
Megatrends such as digitalisation, global decoupling and demographic change are likely to dominate the years ahead. Such developments demand adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new technologies and actively shape change.
In this environment, we are ready to support our clients with innovative solutions. Our goal remains to serve as a reliable partner, contributing to our clients' success. After all, today's success is the basis for tomorrow’s.
With our committed team, we look to the future with confidence. Despite the challenges we face, I am confident that with our team spirit, sense of responsibility and shared vision, we will continue to enjoy sustainable growth and success in the years to come.
