Social insurances

For whom is social insurance relevant?

Social insurances make up an important part of a country’s social security. It’s about how we want to live together as a society, both emotionally (need for security) and economically (finances). This makes social insurance relevant for every individual and all companies, regardless of size.

Members of executive committees and boards of directors are personally and severally liable for the correct accounting and payment of social insurance contributions. The social security system in Switzerland offers many opportunities, but also obligations. At the same time, people want to work with ever greater flexibility, which calls for new solutions. They want freedom but security as well.

Social insurances are always linked to other specialist topics such as taxes, employment law, wages and immigration (work permits). The desired solutions are often not legally compliant and/or not optimal in all areas.

Our mission is to advise you holistically in a 360° approach.

Social insurances for individuals

People have a natural need for security, some more than others. During a lifetime, circumstances often change several times. Some people travel and discover the world, others become self-employed, get married, have children, pursue a career, take time out; and most people retire from gainful employment altogether at some point. You might also be taken by surprise by an accident or illness that puts a spanner in the works. We prepare you for all these changes with advice and support you in finding your ideal solution and putting it into practice.

Social insurances for companies

Employing staff comes with a good portion of responsibility. In keeping with the saying ‘ignorance of the law is no excuse’, the employer is always responsible when it comes to the protected rights of employees. It can be difficult and increasingly challenging to keep on top of everything. People are becoming more flexible and mobile – yet still seek security and commitment. Companies must strike a balance between taking care of their people and remaining commercially viable. We help establish the basis for well-founded decisions by highlighting opportunities and limitations, risks and solutions.

Working from anywhere

Working from Anywhere

The world is becoming smaller and more globalised. Free movement of people, technological developments and digital work are not just possible, they also create new expectations. But are you sure you’ve thought of everything? Workation visas and laptops alone are not enough. It is important to clarify several aspects to ensure a compliant and secure setup. We guide you to your ideal solution, provide support during implementation and can also take on recurring tasks at your request.

Interim management

Life is not a straight line. An HR employee leaves the company, the head of payroll is unexpectedly absent or you want to give a deserving employee some time off. Make a virtue out of necessity. We can step in, fill the gap and offer security and continuity. At the same time, an outside perspective often helps to uncover hidden risks and optimise processes.
